Having suffered from this at times (and once becoming reliant on anti-anxiety meds after only 6 weeks on Xanax before a family wedding), I am here to share some of the tools and tips I used to combat this. Anxiety relief is not a one-size-fits-all fix. It may take medication, new thoughts, shamanic healing, karmic rebalancing, or merely a listening ear. My part in your healing is to assist, listen, and help repair what is creating the anxiety. As I am a shamanic and angel healer, I transmute your healing through my own physical vessel; this means I feel your pain and transmute what I am allowed to transmute.
